The Sardinian cooking lessons in the tasting room of the Argiolas Winery are a unique way to discover the culinary arts of the island. After the visit of the winery we will cook together with Sardinian experts. We will learn about every single ingredients and recipe, their origins, history, particularities. We will talk of every single dish, the secrets to make it perfect, how to present it and the circumstances in which is prepared. The lessons end at the table tasting the results of your work.
